An eSIM is a digital SIM that lets you activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card. It is built into many modern smartphones and can store multiple plans.

After purchase, you will receive a QR code or activation link. Open your phone settings, go to Cellular/Network, and add the eSIM by scanning the QR code. Turn on data roaming when you arrive at your destination.

Most recent iPhones (XS and later), many Samsung Galaxy models, Google Pixel devices, and other flagship phones support eSIM. Check our Compatible Devices page for a full list.

Yes. Many phones can store multiple eSIM profiles. You can switch between them in your device settings. Note that only one eSIM can be active for data at a time on most devices.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods depending on your region. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have not activated your eSIM and experience technical issues, contact our support team. Once activated, eSIMs are generally non-refundable.

In most cases, no. Our eSIMs are preconfigured and work automatically. If you experience connection issues, we can provide APN settings for manual configuration.
